💼 Independent Contracting Opportunities

🔷 Freight Dispatcher (1099 Contractor)

•     Commission: 60% of dispatch fee per load (average earnings per load: $75.00–$105.00)

    •     Optional Performance Miles Incentive (paid biweekly) :

$100 for 32+ clean loads

$75 for 28–31 clean loads

$50 for 24–27 clean loads

    •    Suggested Load Volume: 12–18 loads/week (contractor sets own target)

    •    Access to Tools: DAT One, AscendTMS, MacroPoint, Open Phone, Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Zoho Cliq, Zoho Sign, Zoho WorkDrive — provided for business use

🔷 Freight Broker Agent (1099 Contractor)

    •    Commission: 50% broker fee per closed load (average earnings per load: $62–$125)

  •     Optional Performance Miles Incentive (paid biweekly) :

$150 for 32+ clean loads

$100 for 28–31 clean loads

$75 for 24–27 clean loads

    •    Suggested Load Volume: 15–22/week (flexible volume, up to contractor)

    •    Access to Tools: D&B Hoovers, DAT One, Numero Ai, MacroPoint, OpenPhone, Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Zoho Cliq, Zoho Sign, Zoho WorkDrive — provided to support your work
