🔹 Freight Dispatcher (1099)

• Pay: $100–$125 per dispatched load

• Bonus: $150 every 2 weeks for 36+ clean loads (avg. 18/week)

• Target Load Range: 12–25/week

• Tools Provided: DAT One Pro, AscendTMS, MacroPoint, OpenPhone, CRM

🔹 Freight Broker Agent (1099)

• Pay: 45% commission per load (avg. load: $85-$115)

• Bonus: $250 every 2 weeks for 30+ clean loads (avg. load: 15/week)

• Target Load Range: 15–22/week

• Tools Provided: ZoomInfo, Zoho CRM, MacroPoint, OpenPhone, Load Boards
